The Associate Program Manager will play a crucial role in our IN_PS_009396_Technology Services_FM Tech & Analytics_FM_Tech_GOLD department. You will be responsible for overseeing program management activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and technologies, contributing to the success of our Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage program operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, architecture, and business analysts.
Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Ensure program quality and adherence to standards, conducting regular reviews and audits.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Provide regular updates and communicate program status to stakeholders.
Support business development activities, contributing to proposal development and client presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or a similar role.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Experience with software development lifecycle and an understanding of software engineering principles.
Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic workload.
Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, with a focus on process improvement.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in program management.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
