We are looking for a Workfront Subject Matter Expert who can monitor, troubleshoot, and uplift newly launched campaign workflow automation in Adobe Workfront. This role requires strong functional expertise in Workfront and hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion to enhance and evolve workflows based on campaign manager requests.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Monitor automated campaign workflows to ensure forms, approvals, and routing logic function correctly.
Identify issues across submissions, approvals, and workflow stages.
Fix functional issues inside Workfront and support stability of existing flows.
Workflow Optimization & Evolution (Fusion)
Enhance and evolve campaign workflows using Workfront Fusion.
Translate business requests from campaign managers into workflow logic changes.
Develop small-to-medium Fusion workflows to improve automation.
Ensure all enhancements are compliant with governance and best practices.
End-User Support & Enablement
Act as the primary SME for workflow-related questions from campaign managers and internal teams.
Provide clarifications, training, and documentation to support adoption.
Assist in onboarding teams to new or updated workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–8 years of experience with Adobe Workfront (workflow creation, forms, approvals).
Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion for workflow enhancement or automation tasks.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Workfront processes.
Ability to translate business processes into Workfront workflows.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
Experience in campaign operations, marketing workflows, or MarTech is a plus.
Good to Have
Workfront or Fusion certifications
Experience integrating Workfront with AEM, CRM, or other marketing systems
Understanding of governance, naming conventions, or workflow best practices
