Job Description

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to join our S4 HANA Functional - Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP EWM, with a focus on S/4HANA, and a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations. This role offers an opportunity to lead and support complex projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive warehouse efficiency through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM implementations on S/4HANA, covering Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover, and Go Live phases.
• Configure and customize SAP EWM processes for Inbound and Outbound operations, Putaway and Picking strategies, and Warehouse Orders.
• Manage integration with SAP S/4HANA modules like MM, SD, PP, and TM, ensuring smooth data flow.
• Work on Embedded EWM scenarios, optimizing warehouse operations and improving performance.
• Support EWM Master Data setup, including Products, Packaging Specs, and Work Centers.
• Handle IDocs, RF Framework, and LABOR MANAGEMENT, integrating with MFS where applicable.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with the ABAP team for enhancements.
• Support testing activities and defect resolution, ensuring high-quality implementations.
• Provide post-go-live support and stabilization, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing success.
  
  

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.
• Minimum 1-2 end-to-end implementation projects in SAP EWM on S/4HANA, demonstrating successful delivery.
• Deep functional knowledge of Inbound/Outbound logistics and Warehouse Layout & Process Optimization.
• Experience with S/4HANA Embedded EWM is mandatory, with a good understanding of warehouse business processes.
• Knowledge of Handling Units (HU), RF Transactions, and Warehouse Structure is essential.
• Familiarity with Decentralized EWM, Yard Logistics, and Labor Management is preferred.
• Experience in EWM integration with SAP TM is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• SAP EWM / S/4HANA certification or equivalent is highly advantageous.
