Job Description

Candidate need to meet productivity and accuracy targets set in the team.Good written and verbal communication in English. Work to meet team goals. Work in shift pattern 24 x 7 with rotational shifts with extended hours, rotational weekly offs and includes night shifts.To be able to analyze and interpret chargeback disputes received from acquirer banks. Investigate the disputed transaction and provide defense for the disputed amount. Detailed oriented accurate processing of Chargeback disputes with evidence to accept or reject disputes. Proactive approach to all work deliverables.
