Provide clinical product support to all end users, including on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures.
Train surgeons and operating room staff, offering both clinical and technical support for operating the company’s robotic arm applications, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure optimal placement and precision.
Deliver ongoing in-services and customer education sessions for assigned accounts.
Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with the RIO/Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopedic System, assisting surgeons with implant planning, sizing, and positioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues quickly and effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to increase product awareness, highlight clinical benefits, and build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff.
Provide product-related feedback to support continuous improvement and enhanced customer experience.
Be ready to travel up to 75%.
What You Need
Clinical support experience—for example, as a medical field technician, application specialist, or in a similar role.
Strong customer focus with the ability to place customer needs at the center of everything you do.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High stress tolerance and strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Flexibility to travel extensively within the region.
Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.
Fluency in English.
Preferences
Education: B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering (preferred).
Experience: 1–5 years of relevant industry experience.
Operating Theatre (OT) Exposure: 1–3 years of hands-on OT experience preferred.
