Job Description

You have a strong track record of delivering content marketing excellence with the ability to lead a team of young & talented title marketing managers
Demonstrated track record of forging collaborative relationships internally & externally, especially with content & creative partners. You’re skilled at connecting the dots
You have a strong passion for movies, web series & a wide array of content formats and understand the power of content to influence pop culture. You have a deep understanding of the entertainment landscape and media trends
You have a proven track record of working closely with internal / external teams & building impactful & culturally relevant creative campaigns (i.e. AV/trailers, digital/social, print/out-of-home and more)]
You are excited by the possibility of spearheading marketing campaigns that move business metrics in tangible way
You have a deep penchant for data & insights, and are not afraid to break away from conventional models by developing marketing measurement models that measure efficiency & effectiveness
You can effectively communicate to executives, showrunners, producers, talent and talent representatives as needed.
Experience in building consumer marketing campaigns, preferably at a streaming network or studio
Experience of managing a high volume of campaign types in parallel, identifying scale and efficiency, while collaborating with a diverse team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, problem solving, facilitation, prioritization, decision making, analytical and conflict resolution skills
Experienced in ‘agency-brand’ relationship building, capable of shaping productive long-term relations with external partners by providing continuous feedback.
