Job Title: Associate – Process & Strategy

Function: Retail Assets

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Process & Strategy Associate to join our Retail Assets team. This role involves managing multiple projects from initiation to implementation, focusing on process optimization, automation, and digital transformation to achieve key KPIs such as productivity improvement, TAT reduction, and cost optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive Gen AI Retail Assets Initiatives: Support and manage Generative AI projects and PMO activities to enhance automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency across retail asset processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Collections, Product, Policy) to identify opportunities for process improvement through policy changes or automation solutions.
  • Identify and implement improvements across the value chain by eliminating non-value-added activities (NVAs) and ensuring efficiency through new builds and Emerging Technology use-cases.
  • Assist in end-to-end innovation implementation using SDLC methodology and ensure adoption and sustainability.
  • Analyze customer journey pain points and contribute to process enhancements that improve customer experience and mitigate risks.
  • Work with product and project teams for prioritization, resource allocation, and timely delivery of builds and launches.
  • Support annual budgeting and contribute to year-on-year cost per file/transaction reduction initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics, data modeling, and business intelligence tools to provide insights on key metrics and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
  • Prepare SOPs, documentation, and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze complex datasets to deliver actionable insights and create custom dashboards for stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduation: BE/BTech/BCA/BBA
  • Post-Graduation: MBA/PGDM or equivalent management degree

Experience

Minimum 2 years in process improvement, strategy, project management, or related roles.
