Job Description

End-to-End Campaign: Conceptualize, script, and execute high-impact promo campaigns for movie premieres, movie festivals, and regular weekend/weekday movie Slots.

Creative Excellence: Set the creative benchmark for the team. Ensure all promos are engaging, emotionally resonant, and perfectly aligned with the channel’s brand identity.

Post-Production Oversight: Supervise video editing, sound design, voice-over recording, and graphics/packaging to ensure a polished, world-class final product.

Operational Workflow: Oversee daily channel operations, ensuring smooth hand-offs between programming, OAP, and Presentation team for smooth playout.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 10 to 15 years of proven experience in the Media & Broadcasting industry, with a significant portion of that time spent in the Movie Promo / OAP team of a leading TV channel.

Location: Must be based in Mumbai (or willing to relocate immediately).

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or Diploma in Mass Media, Communications, Film/Television Production, or a related field.

Core Skills:

Exceptional copywriting and conceptualization skills.

Deep understanding of broadcast operations, playout systems, and channel packaging.

Strong technical knowledge of post-production workflows (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audio Mixing).

Leadership Traits: High emotional intelligence, capable of managing creative conflicts, handling high-pressure situations, and delivering constructive performance reviews to team members.
