Job Description

Job Overview: As an Associate Business Manager Paid Media Advertising Manager, you will work closely with the Paid Media team to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing. The Associate Business Manager will contribute to the success of campaigns through campaign set-up coordination, data analysis, and coordination of various advertising activities.

Experience required : 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination: Assist in coordinating the planning and execution of paid media advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Support the team in managing campaign schedules, deliverables, and timelines.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in analyzing campaign performance data to derive actionable insights. Contribute to the preparation of regular reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Creative Coordination: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely development and delivery of ad creatives. Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize ad copy and visuals.

Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring and tracking advertising budgets, ensuring proper allocation and adherence to financial goals. Contribute to financial reporting and analysis.

Market Research: Support the team in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for campaign improvement. Contribute to the development of audience targeting strategies.

Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on campaign management best practices and analytical techniques. Foster a collaborative learning environment within the team.

Client Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for clients for day-to-day operational queries and updates. Facilitate regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and creative, to ensure alignment and efficient communication. Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and campaign documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Previous experience in a digital marketing or advertising role is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
