Assistant Visual Merchandiser

• New Store Opening (NSO)
• Coordinate execution of VM requirements including facade, signage, displays and VM elements.
• Track material production, dispatch and delivery to ensure store readiness before opening.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics, project and store teams for timely execution.
• Maintain NSO-wise material and execution trackers.
• Escalate delays, quality issues and execution gaps. 2. Product Display & Planogram
• Support development and implementation of store product display planograms.
• Coordinate Pan India rollout of approved planograms and display guidelines.
• Maintain store/region-wise rollout trackers.
• Collect and review store execution images.
• Follow up on non-compliance and ensure corrective actions. 3. Vendor & Material Management
• Coordinate with vendors for production and delivery of VM materials.
• Track production timelines, dispatches and material receipts.
• Support BOQ, quotation and cost documentation.
• Monitor material quality and report discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor and material records. 4. VM Rollout & Store Audits
• Coordinate VM initiatives across regions and stores.
• Conduct/support VM audits and prepare compliance reports.
• Track pending execution and closure of audit observations.
• Ensure updated VM guidelines and communication reach stores. 5. MIS & Documentation
• Maintain accurate NSO, Planogram, Material, Vendor and Rollout MIS.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Maintain documentation of execution, delivery and approvals.
