As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our dining establishment. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Supervise restaurant staff to ensure high-quality customer service at all times.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food delivery to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain sufficient stock at all times.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to promote professional development and efficiency.
  • Enforce adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations consistently.
  • Assist in managing restaurant finances, including cash handling and budgeting tasks.
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the restaurant's ambiance and cleanliness exceed customer expectations daily.
  • Help develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff effectively.
  • Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and food service management.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries calmly.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to multitask efficiently.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software for operational smoothness.
  • Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
