Assistant Manager- FandA

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing support in all the work executed by current team of FA & can support all the activities required for smoothening of all the FA related matters.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support in preparation of activities related to quarterly, annual accounts closing. Ensuring completion of Monthly PMS activity on last day of every month and loading the same on Hyperion, GPMS for DCB and Network co both. Preparation of Performance Note, Board Note on quarterly basis.
• Support in Timely completion of Tax Audit, TAR, ROI for Data center & Network Co. Ensure complete reconciliation of GST Credit, Timely sharing of GST Details to Corporate IDT for GST Credit entries.
• Shall be able to prepare the basic financials with all GL Scrutiny etc. for review.
• Monitoring / tracking of bill cycles duration etc. such as work done (SES/GRN) to bill posting
• Coordination with all the internal & external stake holders for collating data & information’s for further analysis.
• Preparation of MIS statement.
• Reconciling capex end to end from creation - commitment - cash flows and periodically report.
• Should be able to prepare periodic reports on Cost centre / profit centre wise Cost / profitability.
• Variance Analysis for Budget v/s Actuals and Previous period v/s current period with reasoning.
  
  

• Overall, 3-5 Years’ experience in Data Centre or IT / services Industry.
• Hands on experience on SAP S4 Hana.
• Working knowledge in accounting systems & listed companies auditing processes. Should be able to communicate effectively. Self-starter and Self-learner. Can support cross functionally with information to enable business ops. Knowledge of Indirect and direct taxation is an added advantage.
