Assistant Manager - Cost Assurance

Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of accounts & finance experience with expertise in below areas:

In depth knowledge of IND-AS standards for day to day accouting & reporting

Knowledge of SAP & advanced excel & other MS-office tools

Books Closing & Reporting:

Month/Quarter/year end books closing in line with corporate guidelines

Proactive analysis of month-end advances & provisions including ageing and risks & opportunity assessment

Overheads accounting & analysis before period close

Preclose planning with internal & other stakeholders to identify closing related challenges & highlighting potential issues

Prepare Balance sheet schedules like Inventory, WIP, Advances, Accruals for the segment along with actionable comments

Support Financial Reporting team with Listed entity requirements on quarterly basis as & when required

Invoice Processing, payouts & Audit support:

Vendor Invoice processing as per TAT basis checklist & tax compliances

Agreement, Contract & BID document reviews & summarization of key financial clauses for leadership reviews

MSME compliances to be adhered by ensuring timely booking of MSME invoices

Support treasury team with hedging related info & cash flow planning for major/foreign payouts

Knowledge of Work based Structure, Profit center & cost center accounting in SAP

Support team during Internal, External & Tax audits by providing relevant information

Tax Compliances, Support & Stakeholders management:

Support on 3CD form & 52A form requirements within timelines agreed internally

Support on Tax assessments by providing relevant info wherever required

Working knowledge of TDS, GST & other Tax compliances

To ensure FEMA related compliances on day to day operations & contracting & seek expert support on complex transactions

Drive process improvements and harmonization of policies and systems

Handle stakeholder queries & partner with FP&A & BU wherever required in the course of operations
