Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Key Account / Category Manager to scale BECO’s presence across e-commerce and retail channels. This role will own category growth, platform strategy, P&L, and execution, and will be responsible for driving significant revenue and profitability impact.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and scale key e-commerce accounts including Meesho, Flipkart Minutes, and other marketplaces.

Drive primary and secondary sales across channels, ensuring target achievement and strong sell-through.

Own category management including assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and visibility strategy.

Monitor inventory planning, stock levels, replenishment cycles, and sell-through; coordinate with supply chain to ensure availability.

Analyze platform dashboards, P&L, margins, and performance metrics to optimize growth levers.

Plan and execute campaigns, discounts, and platform programs with strong ROI focus.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and growth teams to unlock multi-X category growth.

Support category building initiatives and new product launches across platforms and channels.

Manage and grow relationships with national retail chains and/or quick commerce platforms where applicable.

Track competitive landscape, category trends, and pricing benchmarks to inform strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

2–8 years of experience in e-commerce key account management, category management, or channel sales.

Hands-on working experience with marketplaces such as Meesho, Flipkart, and other platforms.

Strong understanding of P&L, contribution margins, cost structures, and marketplace economics.

Experience in D2C brands, sustainability-focused products, or new-age consumer brands is a strong plus.

Exposure to category building and product launches.

Prior experience working with national retail chains or quick commerce platforms is preferred.

Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth (3x–5x+ is a strong plus).

Highly analytical, execution-focused, and ownership-driven.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
