Assistant HR Officer Recruiter

As an Assistant HR Officer at BSM, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire qualified talent that meets organizational and operational needs. The role plays an important part in building strong talent pipelines, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring effective coordination between candidates, hiring stakeholders, and HR teams to deliver a positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking activities, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen applications and assist in identifying suitable candidates for open positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and hiring records.
• Prepare and compile recruitment data, reports, and workforce statistics as required.
• Support recruitment-related administrative activities, including employment documentation, onboarding coordination, training administration, and performance management processes.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Master's in Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
