Area Sales Manager

Safilo India is seeking Area Sales Manager - across multiples locations in India - to support business growth through effective trade marketing strategies. This role focuses on driving business growth, strengthen retail partnerships, and enhance brand presence in the premium eyewear segment.

A Brief About The Key Responsibilities Of This Role

• Manage and grow assigned territory and accounts
• Achieve sales targets and drive sell-out performance
• Execute collection launches and optimize product assortment
• Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising, POS execution
• Build relationships with store teams and act as brand ambassador
• Track competitor activity and market trends
• Maintain control over receivables and collections

Job Specification:

- Education Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business or related field

- 8-10 years of experience in premium retail eyewear or fashion sales (preferred)

- Strong negotiation, communication and commercial skills

- Result-oriented and pro-active approach

- Fluent in English (additional regional language is a plus)
