Job Title: Area Sales Executive

Brand: ENOX (Retail)

Location: Hyderabad

Reports to: Zonal Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Area Sales Executive to support retail sales for the ENOX brand within a defined sub-territory in Hyderabad. The role focuses on building ground-level relationships with channel partners, influencers, and dealers, and driving secondary sales through strong in-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for ENOX Retail business within the designated sub-territory.
  • Support the Area Sales Manager in monitoring and evaluating channel partner performance.
  • Assist in onboarding new channel partners and dealers in alignment with company criteria.
  • Execute demand generation activities including retail activations and in-store promotions.
  • Engage with key influencers such as carpenters, contractors, and fabricators through field visits and product meets.
  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups from channel partners and assist in working capital management.
  • Improve brand visibility through counter presence, product displays, and local promotional initiatives.
  • Conduct basic product knowledge sessions for retailer staff and channel partner teams.
  • Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to the reporting manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of retail distribution in the building materials or hardware segment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with retailers and local influencers.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented with strong execution capability.
  • Effective verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for basic sales reporting and data tracking.
  • Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in building materials, hardware, or glass segments.
