Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, offshore, or oil & gas projects.
- Experience working in EPC/EPCM environments .
- Experience on refinery, petrochemical, LNG, fertilizer, offshore platforms, FPSO, and industrial infrastructure projects with BIM LOD 300/350/400 development and coordination.
- International Building Code (IBC)
- NFPA Standards
- OSHA Requirements
- IFC Requirements
- Local Building Regulations
- Saudi Aramco, Shell, ADNOC, QatarEnergy, ExxonMobil, Chevron or similar client standards (preferred)
- Proficiency in:
- Revit Architecture
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks Manage
- BIM 360 / ACC
- Microsoft Office
