Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Need to build and maintain multiple instances of a web application using PHP, JavaScript, SQL, React, and Laravel.
  
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
• Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality.
