Application Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports and educates customers in the optimal usage of applications.
• Supports customers in using (software) applications and solutions to the optimum extend.
• Provides comprehensive training for using applications and solution focused on specific customer demand.
• Configures software applications to meet customer needs.
• Acts as an interface between customer and provider of application to solve customer problems and enhance the application with new features.
• Aid the Sales team with product demos
• Key driver of Assay penetration at existing customer site
• Customer engagement activities in line with organization process
• Manage Scientific support and advanced application activities for all product lines of Healthcare Lab Diagnostics
• Optimize customer training experience.
• Drive optimal synergies with the Service Team.
• Drive customer satisfaction
• Responsible for providing scientific & application support.
  
  

• M.Sc/B.Tech in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life Scienece. Should have good communication and presentation skills.
• Over 5+ years of experience in Applications/Product Specialist Role.
• English Language for international training
• Open to Travel 70% - Role requirement
