We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to own and drive the business results for Apple TV in India. Comprehensive business and market analytics, partnerships and deal making skills as well as the discipline to focus are valued attributes. This individual will lead the business to shape and deliver on strategic business opportunities to drive subscriptions and growth.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and shape the opportunity ahead for Apple TV and communicate India-specific strategy and initiatives in a coherent way.
• Shape the annual plan, outlining opportunity and actions that drive growth and category leadership.
• Be the liaison between India and worldwide for all local business needs and requirements.
• Possess expert knowledge of market trends, competitive and 3rd party products and strategies. Make recommendations on key growth opportunities to management and cross-functional teams.
• Be commercially focused and deliver on strategic business opportunities to drive subscriptions and growth.
• Work with local and international teams and leverage self-serve tools to build an understanding of TV performance analytics, including forecasts, growth, churn, viewership and engagement and report it regularly.
• Build, maintain and expand business relationships with established and prospective partners.
• Balance deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Build a sphere of influence across multiple internal functions / divisions.
• Proactively look for areas of opportunity to deliver consumer-first initiatives to grow our TV business, while keeping a keen and curious eye on the market, the competition and trends to build learnings.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in consumer tech, management consulting, corporate strategy roles delivering business growth in digital world.
• Relevant industry experience in business development, partnership management, product management, management consulting, or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of consumer tech landscape, subscription economics in the region with deep passion for mobile technology.
• A consistent track record for driving strategic business growth, subscriptions and business development.
• An ability to analyse and communicate results clearly and effectively to leaders, and influence senior leaders through story telling.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Spoken and written English fluency.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA preferred but not conditional.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to work internationally with a variety of teams and personalities collaboratively across timezones.
• Prior work with international teams in a multi-national company is a plus.
