Function Description~ Analyst II, Managed Services

About The Team/role

JR is for Production Support L1 role (SO Payments) serving for clients hosted on RPaaS / BOI IST Switch, Cortex and NGP Platform. Team is functional from 08 AM till 10 PM all the 7 days with rotational weekly off.

Skills Required

SQL / DML, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, ISO

• Good communication (Written and Verbal)
• Basic knowledge of ATM, ECOM, POS, UPI transaction flow
• Basic knowledge of Network Connectivity
• Candidate should be well versed with SQL / DML Queries
• Ability to debug the transaction logs and identify the issue
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool
• Taking ownership of the reported issues and driving it to closure within TAT
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide L1 support for IST Switch related queries inclusive of ATM related troubleshooting and Debit card issues along with transaction (POS/ECOM/UPI/IMPS) disputes
• Processing of various Switch related files
• Participating in weekly/monthly connect calls with the tier 1 clients. Attending calls (support helpline) and emails from clients during banking business hours
• Coordinating with the internal teams (DBA/Application/Network) for getting the P4 issues addressed

Basic knowledge of network and computing devices, operating systems, systems development and/or information systems architecture appropriate for IT function

• Demonstrates strong computer skills including a good working knowledge of MS Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingly seeks and shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise with others
• Basic decision-making, problem-solving, team building and time management skills
• Ability to learn and utilize appropriate equipment, tools, software and methods
• Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and learning new subject matter
• Additional skills, knowledge and experience may be required based on the type of functions performed
  
  

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
