Job Description
Ø Responsible for managing Client Servicing/Retention.
Ø Specialized in developing and nurturing productive client relationships
Ø Retention and expands existing client relationships and acquires new ones.
Ø Should have served large Accounts
Ø Maintaining of overall business compliance standards as per IRDA Guidelines.
Ø Multitasking, strategic thinking, demonstrating leadership abilities and strong motivator.
Ø Must have knowledge about the Insurance Market and updates.
Requirements And Skills
Ø Bachelor’s degree & 3+ years proven experience in a client servicing role.
Ø Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written and a successful track record with client-focused interactions
Ø Highly motivated and ability to effectively communicate with customers.
Ø Broking license certificate issued by national insurance academy.
Ø Knowledge of IRDA / Govt regulations pertaining to Insurance Industry.
Ø Good communication and analytical skills.
