You will be driving your local customer care team (CCL) to continuously provide customer excellence + sustainable growth across your scope of responsibility. Utilizing your strong forwarding + market knowledge, you will drive service improvement activities, to ensure customer satisfaction with our products,services + features.

How you create impact

  • Lead and optimize the Customer Care (CCL) team to deliver exceptional customer experience and sustainable growth
  • Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high service quality and cross-functional collaboration
  • Own and drive sales activities and customer lifecycle management, including best-in-class onboarding
  • Champion continuous improvement of processes, controls, and data integrity (customer contact, service data, reporting)
  • Ensure effective stakeholder coordination for seamless shipment execution and service delivery
  • Oversee customer complaint resolution, ensuring consistent delivery against customer expectations
  • Collaborate closely with OCC and RCC to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Deliver against financial targets and strategic objectives, including performance tracking and P&L ownership.
