AI Prompt Engineer - Tax Transformation (ERP) - Tax Technology Services Consultant II

We are looking for an AI Prompt Engineer to help drive AI adoption across our Tax Transformation practice. In this role, you will design and scale AI-enabled solutions that improve the delivery of tax transformation projects involving ERPs like Oracle, SAP S/4HANA- Native Tax, Vertex, ONESOURCE, DRC, and e-invoicing solutions.

You will work with tax, functional, and technology teams to identify high-value use cases for AI, develop reusable prompt libraries and accelerators, and improve how teams deliver requirements, testing, documentation, training, and issue resolution. This role is ideal for someone who combines AI fluency, enterprise process understanding, and tax technology awareness.

Key responsibilities:

Design and optimize prompts and AI workflows for tax transformation delivery

Identify practical AI use cases across SAP tax, tax engines, DRC, and e-invoicing

Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, and delivery accelerators

Support AI-enabled documentation, testing, training, and defect analysis

Drive adoption of AI through team enablement, governance, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and tax-related business processes

Knowledge of SAP Native Tax, Vertex, ONESOURCE, DRC, or e-invoicing solutions

Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Consulting, Tax Technology, Or ERP Transformation Experience Preferred
