Roles & Responsibilities

Core Skills

Expertise in developing and optimizing complex AI/ML applications Strong understanding of AI/ML libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc. Experience in using AI/ML development tools and technologies Familiarity with software testing and debugging best practices.

• Design and develop GenAI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral).
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific use cases.
• Build pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to integrate GenAI into applications.
• Stay updated with the latest GenAI research and tools, and evaluate their applicability.
• Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices in model development and deployment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 1–2 years in GenAI or NLP.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy considerations.
