JD For Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI & Advanced Analytics

Experienced Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI and the full software system lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience, technical excellence, and leadership in developing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions. You will drive innovation, shape AI strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to integrate advanced machine learning capabilities into enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about architecting AI-driven solutions, optimizing end-to-end analytics workflows, and mentoring teams.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 8-11 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and Analytics, with a focus on end-to-end software system development.
• Expertise in Python, distributed computing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions at scale.
• Strong leadership experience in guiding technical teams, shaping AI strategies, and managing projects from concept to deployment.
  
  

• Deep expertise in Generative AI and Machine Learning, with hands-on experience in:
• LLMs & NLP: Prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Corrective RAG, Knowledge Graph-based RAG.
• Model Fine-tuning: LoRA/QLoRA, parameter-efficient tuning, multi-agent architectures.
• AI System Design: Developing AI-powered applications in production environments.
• Deep Learning & ML Algorithms: Transformers, SVMs, Ensemble Learning, Reinforcement Learning.
