We are looking for a creative and technically adept AI Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will harness the power of AI tools — including ChatGPT, Claude, and the Disprz AI platform — to design, produce, and publish high-quality learning content at scale. You will turn ideas and briefs into polished videos, interactive coaches, assessments, and more, with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

This role spans content generation, platform operations, collaboration, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Below are the core responsibilities grouped by theme.

Content Generation & Scripting

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to generate, refine, and polish written learning content — including scripts, summaries, quizzes, and course copy.
• Turn creative briefs and rough ideas into production-ready assets with minimal hand-holding.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries and brand-aligned style guides to ensure consistency across all outputs.
  
  

Platform Operations

• Operate the Disprz AI platform to create structured content templates: videos, AI coaches, microlearning modules, and assessments.
• Build and optimize AI-powered content workflows that reduce production time significantly.
• Evaluate and onboard new AI tools and platforms to continuously upgrade content pipelines.
  
  

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to translate raw knowledge into engaging AI-generated learning content.
• Partner with the content team to scale production capacity through smart use of AI-assisted pipelines.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders about AI content possibilities, timelines, and limitations.
  
  

Quality Assurance & Editorial Standards

• Review, edit, and quality-check all AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, brand consistency, and learner suitability.
• Fact-check AI-generated content rigorously; never publish unverified claims.
• Maintain consistently high quality-check scores across video, text, and coach templates.
  
  

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with developments in generative AI, identifying new tools and workflows to improve content production efficiency.
• Proactively suggest process improvements, new AI tools, and workflow enhancements to the team.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications
