About Our Client

The organisation operates in the Property and Public Work sector in Mumbai.

Job Description

Plan and manage debt fund-raising activities for business requirements.
Identify suitable lending and funding options for planned needs.
Prepare funding plans, proposals and supporting financial information.
Work with lenders and financial institutions during funding discussions.
Track fund-raising progress and keep key stakeholders updated.
Review loan terms and help prepare documentation for funding arrangements.
Maintain clear records of funding proposals, discussions and approvals.
Work with internal finance teams to align funding plans with business requirements.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Experience handling debt fund-raising activities.
Knowledge of lending products and funding structures.
Ability to prepare clear financial proposals and supporting documents.
Confidence working with lenders and financial institutions.
Strong understanding of financial information and funding needs.
Ability to track multiple funding requirements and timelines.
