Admin And Operations Coordinator

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in admin, operations, or similar roles ( preferably in a startup or agency )

TIST Media is looking for an Admin & Operations Coordinator who can take ownership of building and managing smooth, high-efficiency in operations and logistics. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross functional teams and contribute to scaling systems in a fast-growing space.

Responsibilities :

• own end-to-end office operations including logistics, vendor management, and admin processes
• build and streamline systems for day-to-day coordination (couriers, cabs, food, etc.)
• manage and strengthen vendor relationships to ensure quality and reliability
• drive operational efficiency by identifying gaps and implementing improvements
• support the team with scheduling, meetings, and coordination
• scheduling meetings, manage travel bookings, and plan professional gifting
• maintain records, invoices, and documentation
• ensure the office runs seamlessly with zero operational disruptions

Salary: starts at INR 35,000–50,000/month, varies based on experience and other factors.
