Documentation Accuracy

Audit Compliance

Process/SOP Compliance

Customer Service & Billing Experience

Required Skills

Good numerical and analytical ability

Strong attention to detail

Basic knowledge of accounting and billing processes

Good computer skills and familiarity with POS/billing systems

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Ability to handle cash responsibly

Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills

High level of integrity and confidentiality

Ability to work under pressure during peak business hours
