Job Description

As an Accountant at Probox, you’ll help maintain accurate financial records and support the company’s day-to-day accounting and reporting through careful, organized work.

Record invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally, checking each transaction for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain ledgers and supporting documents, and reconcile bank statements and account balances regularly.
Track accounts payable and receivable, follow up on outstanding items, and help ensure transactions are processed on time.
Prepare routine reports and financial summaries using MS-Excel, applying formulas and clear formatting to present information reliably.
Assist with month-end closing by reviewing entries, identifying discrepancies, and preparing schedules for review.
Organize accounting files and records in line with internal processes, using MS-Office tools to prepare and manage documentation.
Coordinate with colleagues to clarify transaction details, resolve routine accounting queries, and keep financial records up to date.
