As the AM, you will be responsible for direct ownership of Cisco’s Global Sell To Business in the Enterprise BFSI Accounts and overall responsibility of managing the supporting governance of the 360 degree relationship across other dimensions of the business.
Responsibilities
Serve as Account Executive for one or two large BFSI accounts, managing all revenue streams over 15 Million $
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, including CXOs.
Develop and execute long-term (1-3 year) account and business plans aligned with customer growth, innovation, and transformation goals.
Drive execution of 12-month account/business plans to meet milestones and close key opportunities collaboratively.
Develop and communicate sales strategies for major opportunities and manage the buying cycle.
Provide accurate business reporting including monthly forecasts, pipeline development, and adherence to MEDDPICC.
Ensure market position and share targets are achieved through consistent messaging and engagement.
Collaborate with customers to develop innovation strategies that drive cost savings, business value, and competitive advantage.
Focus on value-based selling and establishing business relevance for Cisco technology solutions.
- Additional work experience of managing large conglomerates like Reliance , TATA , Bharti , Adani shall be a value additional
Who You Are
10+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in BFSI or related sectors.
Proven track record managing large, complex strategic accounts with forecasting, quota attainment, and opportunity management skills.
Strong technical knowledge and market understanding to deliver business value.
Skilled in engaging key decision makers and senior executives across all account levels.
Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
Excellent negotiation skills using a Win/Win philosophy.
Ability to position end-to-end Cisco solutions and articulate strategies to senior customer executives with ease.
Preferred Skills
Strong relationship-building skills with CXO-level executives.
Experience developing and articulating sales strategies aligned with customer growth and innovation.
Ability to manage complex buying cycles and close large deals.
Familiarity with Cisco products, services, and solutions, especially in BFSI verticals.
Proficiency in leveraging cross-functional teams and working in a matrixed environment.
Demonstrated focus on value-based selling and establishing business relevance for technology solutions.
