Job Description -

We are seeking an Account Manager, the ideal candidate will be one who focuses on achieving the quota by growing revenues in existing customers as well as penetrating new customers. The candidate should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a customer coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets.

The Account Manager should be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments and has very strong communication skills. The candidate should be techno-savvy.


Key Responsibilities -

Responsible for growing sales of Azure Cloud, infrastructure, and managed services

Identifying, recruiting (MOU), and onboarding new channel partners (LAR, VAR, SI, ISV, Distributors, GSI)

Create and execute sales motions for key partners to achieve sales targets

Manage key partners

Involved in acquisition of large accounts across Pharma and BFSI verticals

Upselling and cross-selling to partners to achieve higher sales

Analyze market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand awareness

Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements

Educate partners about product portfolio and complementary services offered

Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner

Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business

Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences

Assist in partner marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns, and other promotional activities

Drive sales in partners to meet or exceed revenue targets

Develop strong consultative client relationships with partners

Own and drive booking, revenue, and margins for PAN India

Create and manage database of prospect partners and establish connections

Develop and execute a strategic plan to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across existing partners and new geographies

Demonstrate strong business management skills across technology consulting, sales, and business development

Decent emerging technology orientation

Good presentation and selling skills

Willingness to actively listen and understand

Target-driven mindset with strong commitment

Ability to handle workload and work pressure

Willingness to travel
