Job Type: Full-Time (Day shift: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM OR 10:30 AM–8:00 PM)

Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 2nd & 4th Saturdays off

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month

Reports to: COO

About The Role

This is our first dedicated client servicing hire — you'll own the relationship layer between our global client base and production team. You'll handle a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, working directly with senior leadership and getting real visibility into how a growing studio runs.

Client Ownership

Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationshipsResolve client concerns and escalations promptly and professionallyIdentify opportunities to expand existing accounts — new services, additional projects, larger scopesMaintain accurate records of client details, ongoing projects, feedback, and approvals

Project Coordination

Run daily checks on every client's work status, timelines, and deliverables so nothing slips.Coordinate with editors, designers, and operations to keep workflow moving smoothlyTranslate client requirements, feedback, and revisions clearly to internal teams — and internal constraints clearly back to clients.

What You Bring

6 months–2 years in client servicing, account management, or a similar client-facing roleFluent written and spoken English — mandatory, as you'll be communicating with clients across the globe.Proven ability to build trust and retain clientsComfort juggling multiple accounts and deadlines without losing detailProactive, solutions-first approach to problems

Experience in a creative, media, or post-production environment is a plus, but not required.
