Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on graphic designer who can handle both static and video content, with

a strong focus on speed, consistency, and smart use of AI tools.

This is not just a design role. This is an execution role where output matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design
• Create social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, ads)
• Design blog banners, thumbnails, carousels
• Maintain brand consistency (Inter font, white + green theme, clean layouts)
• Work closely with content and marketing team
• Video Editing
• Edit reels, YouTube videos, podcast clips
• Add subtitles, transitions, basic motion
• Create short-form content optimized for engagement
• Tools Expected
• Photoshop / Illustrator
• Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects (basic)
• Figma (basic)
• AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.)
