As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and translating findings into design solutions that enhance usability and engagement. You will also iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of user satisfaction and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate design workshops to foster creativity and innovation within the team.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
