Summary:

As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and applying design principles to enhance usability. You will also iterate on design concepts based on user feedback and testing, ensuring that the final product meets the expectations of users while aligning with business goals. Engaging in brainstorming sessions and design critiques will be essential to foster a creative environment and drive innovative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to encourage team collaboration and creativity.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in user experience design.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Motion Graphics Design.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.
