• Analyze realistic SOC scenarios — incidents, alerts, and investigation workflows — to evaluate how AI systems reason through them
• Classify alert severity, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
• Review AI-generated detection logic and investigation outputs for accuracy and real-world alignment
• Validate that AI responses reflect how skilled analysts actually detect, triage, and respond to threats
• Provide structured feedback that directly improves AI model performance in security contexts
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
  
  

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SOC, incident response, or security operations roles
• Solid familiarity with SIEM platforms, alert triage processes, and investigation workflows
• Sharp instinct for separating true security signals from noise and false positives
• Able to articulate your reasoning clearly in written form
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
  
  

• Experience with threat hunting, malware analysis, or digital forensics
• Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or the Cyber Kill Chain
• Background working across multiple SIEM or SOAR platforms
• Interest in AI systems and how they're trained and evaluated
