About The Role
As a UX Researcher, you will work closely with the Principal Researcher and collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and business teams to deliver research that informs product decisions.
You will plan and conduct research, synthesize insights, and help influence product strategy with strong evidence and user understanding.
This role is ideal for a hands-on researcher who is curious, detail oriented, and passionate about uncovering the “why” behind user behavior. Experience working on B2C digital products is preferred.
You will work closely with young and dynamic cross-functional teams, ensuring that every decision is grounded in a deep understanding of our users.

Synthesis & Insight Communication
Translate findings into clear, actionable insights, frameworks, and recommendations.
Present insights to product/design teams and contribute to decision-making discussions.
Create reports, debriefs, and frameworks that serve as archival resources.
Documentation & Repository Management
Maintain well-organized research artefacts, notes, and insights in a shared repository.
Ensure research learnings remain accessible and reusable across teams.
Research Operations
Coordinate with vendors, recruitment teams, and internal functions to ensure smooth research operations.
Contribute to creating templates, processes, and workflows that make research efficient and scalable.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with designers, product managers, business, and data teams to embed research throughout the product lifecycle.
Provide recommendations that champion user-centered design.
Knowledge Sharing & Practice Building
Share insights across teams and help foster a culture of research-driven decision making.
Support the evolution of research methods, assets, and best practices within the bank.
Stay Current & Curious
Keep up with emerging research methods, AI-enabled tooling, behavioral insights, and industry trends.
Experiment with and adopt new tools and workflows that improve research quality and speed.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in UX research—preferably in a B2C setup, with a portfolio showing how your work influenced product decisions.
Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods—interviews, usability testing, surveys, basic analytics, SUS, heuristic evaluations, ethnography, and secondary research.
Comfort with complex data, to derive patterns, and translate them into actionable insights.
Experience of collaborating with design, product, analytics, and marketing teams.
Strong communication skills—comfortable writing structured reports and presenting findings.
Familiarity with tools such as Entropik, Maze, User-testing, Hotjar, Miro, Figma, and especially AI-led research tools.
What Will Make You Stand Out
Experience in financial services, fintech, or other complex/regulated industries.
Enthusiasm for collaborating with and learning from other researchers and designers.
Ability to help evangelize research and support training or awareness efforts in cross functional teams.
