Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Primary Responsibility:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across Investment, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Corporate functions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to understand manpower requirements, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining high-quality hiring standards and cost efficiency.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, employee referrals, social media, recruitment consultants, and campus hiring programs.
• Manage high-volume hiring for branch operations, sales teams, and frontline positions across locations.
• Drive lateral hiring, mid-management recruitment, and leadership hiring initiatives.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to regional and functional heads to support business growth through talent acquisition.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage interview processes, candidate assessments, and final selection decisions.
• Handle relationships with external recruitment agencies, search firms, and talent partners.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment drives in collaboration with colleges, universities, and professional institutes.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with academic institutions to develop sustainable talent pipelines.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with banking regulations, internal HR policies, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain and track recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and analytics reports to monitor hiring performance.
• Oversee background verification, documentation, and onboarding processes in accordance with company policy.
• Enhance the organization’s employer branding through recruitment campaigns, hiring events, and talent engagement initiatives.
• Promote diversity and inclusive hiring practices as part of the company’s talent strategy.
