Project Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

Experience: 14+ years in program management, working with Microsoft partners, ISVs, and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI reports for business reviews and ADO hygiene via Power Automate.

Use DAX and Power Query to transform and analyze data for program insights.

Implement Power Automate flows to enhance compliance and drive continuous process improvement.

Work with Agile (Scrum) teams to manage complex projects, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across stakeholders.

Drive SDL compliance in Azure DevOps and oversee bug triage calls to closure.

Manage testing of web/Windows applications, OS deployments, and device compatibility across multiple domains and languages.

Validate and automate hardware deployments (Lenovo, Dell, HP), including OS configurations and security patching.

Design and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating Azure VM creation and provide support for ISVs in lab environments.

Track project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to SLAs.

Collaborate with clients and external partners, ensuring effective communication and successful onboarding.

Produce project documentation, training materials, and maintain project audits for compliance.

Work on platform migrations (e.g., Microsoft Collaborate), providing reports and data analysis using SQL queries.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.

Expertise in Agile methodology and cross-functional team coordination.

Proven experience in client communication, program management, and leading global teams.

Familiarity with hardware validation, OS deployment, and automation scripting.
