Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer and onboarding. 
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving productivity, quality, and hiring targets. 
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring priorities. 
• Independently manage lateral, niche, critical, and leadership hiring mandates. 
• Develop strong sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, internal databases, and other channels. 
• Drive market mapping and build talent pipelines for critical and future hiring requirements. 
• Manage interview processes, candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and offer-to-join conversion. 
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, pipeline, source effectiveness, closures, and joining ratio. 
• Handle escalations and ensure a strong candidate and stakeholder experience. 

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. 
• Strong hands-on experience managing complete recruitment lifecycle. 
• Proven experience in team handling and recruitment delivery. 
• Strong expertise in lateral and leadership hiring. 
• Excellent sourcing and talent mapping capabilities. 
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work with senior leadership / business heads. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates and deliver against tight timelines.
