Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals and objectives.
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support business decision-making. Generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present key insights to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans and test cases. Ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements and are free of defects.
Change Management: Assist in managing the change process by identifying potential impacts on business processes, organization, and systems. Develop change management plans and training materials as needed.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and risks.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
