Job Description: Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales, inventory, and assortment planning across categories and stores.
• Analyze sales trends, stock turns, and forecasts to ensure optimal product availability.
• Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and retail operations to align plans with business goals.
• Monitor allocation, replenishment, and stock movement to minimize overstock and stock-outs.
• Prepare planning reports and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
  
  

• NIFT / MBA / Graduate with 35 years of experience in retail, merchandise, or planning roles.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (planning tools knowledge preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
