- Work closely with Chronic / Acute Divisions to manage their business P&L
- Prepare annual budgets of IRF divisions, and quarterly forecast updates
- Prepare Mid term planning of the Chronic / Acute divisions of Lupin India Business
- Control Sales & Promo Spends & other support costs of divisions
- Preparation of New products business case followed up by actual performance monitoring.
- Preparation of insightful dashboards related to Sales & Margins
- Interacting with various cross functional teams such as Marketing, Distribution, BD
