Job Description

The Manager – Business Development, VCA is responsible for pipeline development and delivery oversight to key FI and Fintech clients at Visa.

Key Responsbilities

• The individual will bring in experience of consulting delivery and client stakeholder management. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a track record of high-quality pitch developments, consulting delivery, and client management.
• Problem understanding, proposal development with specific clients
• Partnering with delivery teams as needed to ensure delivery quality.
  
  

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Professionally qualified, with a post graduate degree in management
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall experience, with understanding of payments.
• Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
• Excellent communication and presentations skills, written and verbal, and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations.Experie
• nce using financial indicators to measure business performance with a significant focus on impacting return on investment.
• Ideal candidate will have payments and consulting experience.
