Infrastructure Planner

We are seeking an Infrastructure Planner with 3–6 years of experience to join our Infrastructure group. In this key role, you will contribute to projects both in India and internationally.

As a valued member of our team, you will play an integral part in shaping our deliverables. Your responsibilities will include supporting the technical design of infrastructure projects, coordinating with other disciplines, and driving continuous improvement through the development of software tools and staff capabilities.

Your work will involve producing and managing drawings, BIM models, calculations, conceptual and schematic sketches, as well as technical reports for a diverse range of infrastructure engineering projects across India .

Your next role:

• Undertake civil infrastructure design and master-planning, from concept stage through to construction. Work typically includes drainage, earthworks, highways, pressurised water networks and other utility co-ordination in Civil 3D software.
• Work with enthusiasm, co-ordinating your work with other internal and external disciplines.
• Manage the delivery of BIM models and CAD documentation of designs.
• Have a good working knowledge of BIM processes (LOD 300)
• Actively participate in the wider BIM community through attendance and participation at office events.
• Prepare technical reports, specification and schedules.
• Attend and contribute to external workshops with design partners.
• Contribute to the planning of team workload.
• Commit to your own professional development, and to that of the group through knowledge sharing and aiming to continually improve our product and processes
• Design, review and modify the Civil 3D Infrastructure model considering clash detection and removal through Civil 3D.
  
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

• Ideally be in the range of 3-6 years’ experience in project delivery and management.
• BE /BTech in civil engineering and postgraduate diploma in Project management/ construction management from reputed institutes
• Good knowledge of infrastructure projects, coordinated utilities planning, contract management.
• Demonstrate a good work ethic and work with enthusiasm.
• Have developed a technical specialism in a core infrastructure discipline (for example, Highways or Sustainable Drainage).
• Be confident to undertake design tasks with minimal supervision.
• Have good communication skills, and be willing to positively interact will all members of the team.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD.
• Knowledge and ideally experience of compiling BIM Execution plans
• High level of proficiency in Civil 3D, Infraworks 360.
