Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organisational objectives.
- Drive talent acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on performance management and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in all HR practices.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational change and development.
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR functions, particularly in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulatory compliance in India.
- Experience in managing employee relations and organisational development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
