At Optiminastic, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with Performance Marketing background who wants more than just another marketing role. This is an opportunity to lead talented team of performance and social media, work on exciting eCommerce brands, and help scale both client businesses and Optiminastic’s own proprietary products. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page strategies.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
• Lead and mentor a team, ensuring performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Prior experience managing or leading a team.
• Experience working with an eCommerce brand.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Genuine interest in social media trends, content, and digital consumer behaviour.
• Highly responsible, dependable, and capable of independently managing professional commitments.
